Who do you hire to clean my residence or commercial space?
It is important to us to maintain trusting relationships with our customers. Our cleaning technicians are interviewed in-person and receive a thorough background check.
Do you always send the same housecleaners?

We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible.

If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement.

What do you not clean?

Unless otherwise required, we don’t typically:

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter
  • Clean your iron
  • Do laundry
  • Wash dishes
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
We do provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to our cleaning technicians. If you have any preferences to what cleaning products we use, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests. To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend you provide a self-twisting mop and a working vacuum.
Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company.

If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional house cleaners.

If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

What should I do before you arrive?

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. 

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, debit, and credit cards. We use a secure credit card processing software, which uses strong security measures to protect customer data. It is PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest security standard for credit card transactions.
How much should I expect to pay?

For our residential clients, we determine pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, along with the estimated duration of the cleaning. On the quote form, select be very detailed with your answers, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to receive a more accurate quote.

For our commercial clients, we determine pricing differently. While we consider several factors when providing an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians may find it necessary to allocate additional time to complete the full scope of service in your residence or commercial space. We will contact you one hour before the scheduled completion of your initial cleaning to discuss any unforeseen circumstances. Should extra time be required due to factors such as extensive dirt or a large number of decorations, you will have the choice to approve the additional time or adhere to the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for any extra time without your explicit consent.

Quality Control

During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests.

However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee.

We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

Can I tip your housecleaners?

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. 

What if I need to reschedule a service?

From the very beginning, we will work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
