Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately.
Quality of Service
GiiGii’s Cleaning Service (“We”) is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services by:
- Providing a professional cleaning service that is licensed, bonded, and insured.
- Supplying trained cleaning technicians on scheduled dates and all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
To ensure the best service, we require:
- Full access to the cleaning area by providing a key or ensuring someone is available to grant access. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee will apply.
- Alarm systems to be turned off before our arrival. We are not responsible for false alarms or misuse of alarm systems.
- The cleaning area to be prepared in advance. If additional time is required for preparation, it will affect the total cleaning time.
Liability for Damages
We have Limited Liability protection for replacing or repairing damages caused by our cleaning technicians. Identical replacement will be attempted, but it is not guaranteed.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of service. After 30 days, the customer assumes liability.
We are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout Policy
Rescheduling or Cancellation
Advance notice is required for reschedules or cancellations.
A $100 fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled cleaning.
A cancellation within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service charge.
In cases of extreme weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule as close as possible to the original date.
Lockout policy
If our staff is unable to access your home or is turned away at the scheduled time, a $100 lockout fee will apply.
We ask that you do not send our team away during our working hours.
Other Information
To meet customer needs, we reserve the right to reevaluate service rates at any time.
If a customer requests changes to the original service estimate, additional charges may apply, or a new estimate may be required.

Payment Options and Policies
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash (sealed envelope addressed to the office)
- credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- checks
All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, we reserve the right to add a 3% late fee per week to the overdue sum.
For reoccurring cleaning services, We reserve the right to re-evaluate our charges at any time after the first year of services. In case of a change, we shall give you a 30-day advance notice.
Messaging Policy
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages to remind you of your scheduled appointments or if you need to reschedule your appointment. Also, I will respond to any questions or concerns you may have about your cleaning service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You will receive messages approximately once or twice a week.
